Graphic Design / Brochure Editorial / Branding
Zig Property, an Australian architecture firm needed a logo, modern visual language and brochure design for their property development called Balise. This transformation of a 600-acre abandoned airbase required a design that appealed to a design-conscious audience, avoiding any literal military references whilst highlighting its eco-friendly vision.
The brochure editorial was inspired by the concept of ‘the overlapping of heritage, sustainability and community’ represented by the layered elements throughout. Solar panels inspired the visual language and the colour palette reflects the rural development’s open spaces.

This work is a conceptual student project. Each student was supplied with imagery and copy - we then developed our own concepts, brand identity and designs.
This is only a snapshot of the project - a full case-study features in my portfolio which is available on request.
